What is the Carers Support Project?
The Carers Support Project provides support, counselling and information for people caring for others. It operates a freephone CarersLine (0808 100 1801) and also a carers telephone counselling service. The project also produces a Carers Pack, quarterly newsletters, pamper days and information events, all of which are free to carers in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Work in the Community
The Project also works in partnership with other organisations in the area to establish carers’ groups. Surveys have also been carried out asking carers their views.
