Adult carers
No one should feel that they must care without support. We want to do what we can to help you to care as we value the care that carers provide.
Counselling for carers
This is a free confidential telephone counselling service provided by a qualified counsellor, available to local carers in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Respite care
Respite provides short-term breaks for our service users and the people who care for them. It can be provided in people’s own homes or in residential settings.
Young carers
Young carers are children and young people who are the main carers of a sick or disabled parent or sibling
